Production Coordinator

Assistant Production Coordinator
The Assistant Production Coordinator supports the Production Coordinator in daily tasks, helping to maintain schedules, organize logistics, and streamline communication within the production team. This work-for-hire role assists with paperwork, manages on-set needs, and ensures that all production activities run smoothly, providing reliable support to keep the project on schedule.

Production Manager
The Production Manager oversees multiple projects, working directly with both the CEO and clients while maintaining a strong commitment to JPP’s values and standards. This role manages budgets, schedules, and resources across various productions, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within scope. Acting as a key liaison, the Production Manager fosters client relationships while prioritizing JPP’s interests, guiding each production from planning through completion with loyalty and professionalism.

Assistant Production Manager
The Assistant Production Manager supports the Production Manager in overseeing multiple projects, assisting with budget tracking, scheduling, and coordinating resources. This role ensures daily operations run smoothly and aligns with JPP’s goals. Working closely with the Production Manager, CEO, and production teams, the Assistant Production Manager helps maintain timelines, quality, and efficiency across projects, providing reliable, detail-oriented support for successful project delivery.

Production Supervisor
The Production Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of a production, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly and according to plan. This role manages crew and resources, enforces safety protocols, and troubleshoots any issues that arise on set. The Production Supervisor works closely with the Production Manager to maintain schedules, control costs, and ensure that the production is completed efficiently and on time, all while adhering to JPP’s high standards.

Writer
As part of the JPP Writers Team, Writers contribute creatively by developing high-quality scripts, promotional content, advertisements, and other written materials for various projects. This role requires strong storytelling skills, versatility, and the ability to adapt tone and style to meet project requirements. Writers collaborate closely with the team to bring fresh ideas to life, ensuring all content aligns with JPP’s vision and resonates with target audiences.

Producer (Financing & Locations)
The Producer specializes in securing financing and scouting ideal locations for each project. This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with investors, managing budgets, and ensuring financial targets align with project goals. Additionally, the Producer identifies and secures locations that meet the creative and logistical needs of the production, handling permits and negotiations to ensure smooth operations on-site. Their expertise in funding and locations is vital to bringing projects to life efficiently and cost-effectively.

Assistant Director
The Assistant Director (AD) is an experienced and proactive leader responsible for managing on-set operations, ensuring the director’s vision is effectively communicated and executed. This role coordinates crew activities, maintains the production schedule, and anticipates logistical needs, addressing challenges swiftly to keep the production on track. The AD fosters a collaborative environment, expertly balancing efficiency with creative support, and is instrumental in maintaining discipline and focus on set.
